Everything you need to know about mastering your productivity with Task Force.
Task Force is a comprehensive task management platform designed to help individuals and teams streamline productivity. It provides features such as task scheduling, smart reminders, collaborative task groups, progress tracking, and recurring automation—all in one intuitive interface. Whether you're managing a personal project or coordinating a team across departments, Task Force adapts to your workflow.
Click on the "Add Task" button in your dashboard. Enter a title, optional description, due date, priority level, assignees (for group tasks), and tags. You can also configure advanced options like recurrence, reminders, or dependencies. Once created, tasks appear in your list, calendar, or kanban view depending on your selected layout.
Yes. When creating a task, choose the recurrence type (daily, weekly, monthly, custom). You can also set a recurrence end date or choose whether to generate the next instance after completion of the previous one. This is especially useful for routine check-ins, billing cycles, or weekly reporting.
Reminders can be set for any task and support multiple notification types: in-app, email, or push notifications (mobile support required). You can configure reminder intervals or set custom reminder times to align with your schedule. Reminders also adapt based on priority: high-priority reminders repeat every 5 minutes until completed, medium every 15 minutes, and low every 20 minutes.
Guided Access Mode is designed to minimize distractions and help you focus on high-priority tasks. When enabled, it locks you into the task screen until the task is completed. This mode is automatically applied to high-priority tasks, while medium and low-priority ones are exempt.
Task Force allows you to create groups or teams where members can assign tasks to each other, comment, share updates, and view collective progress. Task ownership, status changes, and activity logs are tracked in real time. Permissions and visibility can be customized per user or group.
Task dependencies let you define relationships between tasks—for example, marking Task B as dependent on Task A. Task B will be blocked until Task A is completed. This is helpful in workflows that require sequential execution, such as product launches or development pipelines.
Absolutely. Task Force supports multiple visualizations, including list view, calendar view, kanban board, and timeline (Gantt) view. Switch between formats based on your preference or the nature of the project to better track deadlines, milestones, and dependencies.
Completing tasks and reminders earns you XP based on priority: high-priority tasks grant the most XP, while lower priorities grant less. Accumulating XP builds your streak, which appears on your profile and contributes to leaderboard rankings. It's a fun way to stay motivated and track consistency.
Task Force lets you group tasks under categories and optional subcategories to better organize your workflow. Subcategories help break down large projects into smaller segments. You can use them to filter views, generate reports, and track progress at a more granular level.
Yes. Task Force offers responsive mobile web access and native apps for iOS and Android (available via App Store and Google Play). Offline mode enables task viewing and limited edits, which sync automatically when connectivity is restored.

All data is securely stored in compliant cloud infrastructure and regularly backed up to ensure reliability and availability.
